MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage is not only one of the best ways to fully relax and relieve stress; it is also one of the most effective treatments for pain management and overall wellness. Some of the results from massage include, but are not limited to: increase joint flexibility, improve circulation, improve range of motion, assist with shorter easier labor for expecting mothers, enhance immunity, lessen depression and anxiety, and relieve pain such as muscle pain or migraine pain. We specialize in Swedish, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, and Thai Massage. Other effective treatments include Raindrop Therapy, Steam Therapy, and Paraffin Dip.
BODY WAXING (available at our Ottumwa office)
Waxing is a temporary method of hair removal. However, with consistent appointments, the hair growth will decrease and slow down. Our body waxing is for both the male and female clients including facial hair removal, arms, under arms, legs, back, and chest. We offer the business man’s groom exclusively for the men. For the female clients only, we offer bikini and full Brazilian services.
